Super fast delivery. Very neat finishing. Excellent stitching and inner lining. Lovely color. Neat printing of the name and mounting the charm.
Only 1 niggly point - The material used is stiffer than the Red Customised Stationary case I purchased earlier. Hence less of a pleasure to hold in the hand. Hence 1 star less. RECOMMENDED.
Suggestion - Try to offer charms of the entire alphabet. I would have 3 charms of my initials and not put the strip with my name on it.
